We keep cancellation simple and humane: plans change, ships reroute, children get seasick. Tell us as soon as you know, and we will meet you halfway or better.
Day tours
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund of anything paid. Inside 48 hours we will first try to move your tour to another day free of charge; where that is impossible, any non-recoverable costs (pre-purchased tickets, committed transport) may be deducted and the rest refunded.
If your cruise ship does not arrive
If your ship skips or diverts from Kuşadası (or your chosen port) and your shore excursion cannot run, you owe us nothing — that is our standing promise to cruise guests, no paperwork needed.
Multi-day tours
Multi-day itineraries involve hotels and long-distance transport, so their cancellation terms are stated individually in your written quote — always before you commit to anything.
If we must cancel
If an official site closure, extreme weather or another event on our side makes the day impossible, you choose: a full refund of anything paid, or a rebuilt itinerary on the same day, or another date. Ephesus has been there for two thousand years; it will wait for you.
