The short version: we collect only what you type into the contact form, we use it only to answer you, we sell nothing to anyone, and analytics stay off unless you opt in.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the details you typed: name, email address, and whatever you wrote about your plans. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which processes the submission solely to forward it to us.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details through the form. Booking payments are arranged separately and confirmed in writing.
What we do with it
We reply to you. Your enquiry stays in our mailbox so we can pick the conversation up when you return; we do not add you to newsletters, and we do not share or sell your details to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies unless you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you accept, anonymous usage statistics help us see which guides are useful; if you decline, the site works identically. The banner choice itself is stored in your browser.
The optional website translator (Google Translate) and the embedded map (Google Maps) are Google services and may set their own cookies when used; they load only on interaction or on the contact page respectively.
Your rights
Under Türkiye’s KVKK and, where it applies, the EU’s GDPR, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@theephesus.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
