What does it cost to visit Ephesus?
Entrance fees change every year (usually in January), so we keep a single up-to-date summary on our tickets page instead of scattering numbers around the site. Budget separately for the Terrace Houses — a second ticket, and worth it.
When is the best time to visit Ephesus?
April–May and September–October are the sweet spots: warm, not punishing. In July and August come at opening or after 15:00 — the marble radiates midday heat — and in any month, the hours before 10:00 beat the cruise-coach wave.
